Nancy Ney serves as Administrative Manager for The NARBHA Institute, bringing extensive leadership skills and experience from her more than 20 years as an Administrative Assistant within the public-school systems and other non-profit organizations. She is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Public Administration.
