Diana Policky is a highly respected executive and consultant with over 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare programs. She is known for her expertise in strategic operations, regulatory compliance, financial and policy analysis, and managed care. As the owner of DualPoint Strategies, LLC, she provides advisory services, helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes, optimize care delivery, implement value-based care models and operational transformation. Before launching her consultancy, Diana served as Chief Operating Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Health Choice, where she led the integration and execution of Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace programs, overseeing financial performance, operations, and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at Phoenix Health Plan and the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS). Diana is dedicated to advancing health equity, improving access to care, and enhancing the healthcare experience.
