Keith Frey has recently retired from a forty-year career as a primary care physician, physician executive, educator, and mentor/coach. Passionate about clinician wellbeing and leadership attributes that support healthy and functional clinical cultures, he currently serves as a healthcare consultant and strategic thought leader. His certifications include Hogan Personality Assessment Systems, the John Maxwell Team coaching program, and Stanford University’s chief wellness officer. During his four-decade career, Keith earned the distinction of a Phoenix Top Doctor and worked extensively in program development, healthcare team leadership, and technology project management. Along with full professor ranking at five top-tier academic institutions, he has held highly successful leadership roles at Duke University, Providence Health, Mayo Clinic, and Dignity Health.
